7th CMS VATAVARAN Environment and Wildlife Film Festival and Forum 2014

Please read the guidelines and understand the process to host the CMS VATAVARAN Award Winning Film Screening at your campus/ organisation.

Who can get the film package?
The organisations, academic institutions, government and civil societies are welcome to organise non-commercial educational screenings of CMS VATAVARAN award winning film at their campus.

How can I create my film package?
Step 1: Create your film package by referring the 'Best of 10 years Festival directory'. You may select the Indian or international films on the basis of theme/ director or awards/ year.

What is the procedure for requesting the film packages?
Step 2: Once you have selected the films, you will be required to send in your request form to Mr Sanjay Negi (sanjay@cmsindia.org). Once your request is approved we will give a specific date for fees submission and collection of the selected films DVDs.

What is the fee, charges and mode of payment for procuring the films?
Step 3: Our fees are nominal (INR 1000/- per one-hour film's slot plus INR 3000/- as refundable security money). The amount charged covers only the processing fees. The outstation applicants need to send the payment in advance. All the payments will be accepted in cheque/ demand draft/ cash or via bank transfer. Cheque payments should be in favour of CMS Support Services Pvt Ltd, Payable at New Delhi.

How I will get the film package?
Step 4: On receiving your payment the film package will be handed over personally to the authorised person collecting the film package or delivered at the shipping address given by you. The courier charges will be borne by the consignee on To-Pay basis.

How do I promote my programme on your website and network?
Step 5: Once the package is received by the consignee, we will provide design template for the promotional material to promote your screening. The organisation's screening details will be highlighted on our website and print material. If required we will send digital mailers to our network about the programme.

What formalities do I need to complete post screenings
Step 6: Post screenings, you will be required to:
- Fill the online report (i.e. mandatory) along with the photographs of the screening programme on our festival website www.cmsvatavaran.org. The report will be displayed on CMS VATAVARAN website.
- Return or courier all the borrowed films to CMS VATAVARAN within one week of the final screening date, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon. Proposal by CMS Environment (www.cmsindia.org) 4
We will send you an auto acknowledgement on receiving your online report and the films.

How and when will the security money be refunded?
Step 7: The security money will be refunded by us on receipt of the films and on-line report's acknowledgement copy sent by our office. The security money will be refunded accordingly.

What about repeat screenings or new package?
You need to follow same procedure as mentioned above for either screening of the same package to different audience or at different venue or time. For new package also the procedure from step 1 - 7 will be followed.
