Refund & Cancellation Policy
Delegate passes are non refundable and non-transferable
CMS VATAVARAN Directorate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the festival or any of its programme due to unforeseen calamity i.e. war, civil unrest, fire, earthquake, storm, power outage or any other circumstance deemed beyond the CMS VATAVARAN Directorate's control. The festival or any of its programme may remain cancelled until the situation is stable and restored from potential damage. Under any such circumstances, the delegate passes will remain non-refundable.
