Note for Nominated Filmmakers
The nominated filmmakers are required to send us the following material before September 30, 2013 (Monday) for the Award Jury and the Festival Screenings:
Mandatory
DVCAM of your nominated film for final judging and exhibition during the festival. Exhibition copy must be duly labeled with English title, running time and contact information.
Optional
- A video clip (both DVD and DVCAM) of upto 45 seconds for promotional purpose.
- Press Kit: To ensure that your nominated film(s) gets good media coverage we will be sending a sample press release for you. You may use this press release to publicise your achievements in the media. Please keep us posted about any media coverage you get by sending us press and video clippings.
