It is mandatory for all the organisers; service providers, filmmakers both nominated & not-nominated, partners/sponsors, guests/ speakers and media to register as a delegate.
Payment for paid delegate fee is accepted through visa/master credit or debit card only.
Delegate passes are non refundable and non-transferable.
All delegates must check-in at festival registration desk to receive their delegate badge and Kit (if applicable) from 05:00 pm onwards on January 30, 2014 or 10.00 am onwards from January 31 - 03 February, 2014.

Entry is on first come basis only and there are no seating reservations.
All delegates are requested to carry a printed or soft copy of their delegate pass from CMS VATAVARAN Directorate confirming your delegate registration. The delegates will not be allowed entry to the festival venue in the absence of any of the said proof.
CMS VATAVARAN Directorate reserves the right to open or close registrations for on-the-spot registration depending on the venue capacity.
Delegates will have restricted access to all areas of the venue depending upon their delegate status.
Any person exhibiting inappropriate behaviour or carrying arms/weapons/hazardous material will be prohibited to enter the festival venue.
The delegate will be liable to make the payment for any damage caused by him/her to the festival property.
