CMS VATAVARAN Registration Guidelines
- Registration is mandatory for all participants, including nominated film makers.
- Registration & badges are non-transferable and are required to be produced at the entry to gain access to film screenings, exhibitions, green haat, food stalls and cultural evening

- CMS VATAVARAN Directorate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the festival or any of its programme due to unforeseen calamity i.e. war, civil unrest, fire, earthquake, storm, power outage or any other circumstance deemed beyond the CMS VATAVARAN Directorate’s control. The festival or any of its programme may remain cancelled until the situation is stable and restored from potential damage.
- CMS VATAVARAN only requests for certain personal information when you register as a delegate or participant or for submitting your film entries. Certain information such as your name, contact details are mandatory inorder to contact you for sending festival updates. The information collected is used to contact and provide regular festival updates for call for entry, promotion and delegate registration.
