After an overwhelming response in November 2004, CMS, New Delhi was back in Chennai for the second time with CMS VATAVARAN 2006 - Environment and Wildlife Traveling Film Festival.

Chennai CMS VATAVARAN 2006 - Environment and Wildlife Travelling Film Festival was slated for 5-7 October at Kalaivanar Arangam, Anna Salai, and organized by CPR Environmental Education Centre and CMS in collaboration with Department of Environment, Government of Tamil Nadu. The Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India supported this initiative.
