Alliance Francaise de Bangalore
The Alliance Française is a non-profit, educational organization with a goal to promote culture. For over a century and at over a thousand locations around the world, we have offered opportunities to different peoples to discover French and European language culture.
At our centres, we take French classes from elemenatry to advanced levels and also specialised courses like translation, business french and french literature. Our certificates are internationally recognised.
At the Alliance Française de Bangalore, one of the sixteen branches in India, we encourage different cultural activities and programmes. The most prominent among these are dance, theatre, music and art exhibitions. We constantly seek to enhance the experience of cultural diversity and intellectual freedom for our visitors.
Among our cultural partners, we have: The French Embassy in India, Kathakar, Nrityagram, Max Muller Bhavan, Artists' Repertory Theatre, Bangalore School of Music, International Music & Arts Society, Srishthi School of Design and Technology and Suchitra Film society etc.
