The Punjab State Council for Science & Technology under its Environment Education Programme, in collaboration with CMS VATAVARAN and the PG Department of Journalism & Mass Communication of Khalsa College, Amritsar, is hosting a three-day "Mobile Journalism & Environment Filmmaking (MOJO) Workshop" from April 10 to 12 , 2024, at the Sikh History Auditorium, Khalsa College, Amritsar. Led by renowned Film & Television Institute of India Course Director Mr. Ritesh Taksande, this workshop aims to equip students with skills in mobile journalism, environmental storytelling, ethical considerations, and creative strategies for amplifying environmental messages. The workshop will also feature distinguished speakers from the field. Participants will receive hands-on training in capturing visuals, conducting interviews, editing footage, and utilizing various platforms. The program's goal is to empower students as environmental advocates, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and environmental appreciation.
