On August 26, 2025, the Breath of Change campaign reached Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Organized by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) and the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) in collaboration with CMS VATAVARAN.
