After two years of Competitive Festival and a year of Touring Festival, Vatavaran returns to Delhi promising an exciting competition with awards in seven categories. Vatavaran is not only a film festival. It is a movement…a movement for creating concern and compassion for environment, nature and wildlife in society. Therefore, a variety of events were organized during the Festival to promote interaction and participation among filmmakers, environmentalists, government agencies, media persons and audiences.
