Helina Jolly
Junior Advisor ,Incentives for Sustainable Biodiversity Management

Having born and brought up in a beautiful village in Kerala grew up falling in love with nature and this childhood love later evolved into my passion and profession. Looking back, I see how much influence my childhood had on my way of living and choices I made in life. After completing my undergraduate studies in Zoology and Masters in Environmental Biology from University of Delhi, I further pursued my second master’s degree in Environmental Policy and Regulation at London School of Economics and Political Science with prestigious Common wealth Scholarship. Previously had worked with Centre for Science and Environment, Clinton Foundation on various climate change and urban waste water management projects across India and South Asia. Currently, I work with GIZ-India Biodiversity Programme as Junior Advisor, supporting the national TEEB study (The Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity) and India Business and Biodiversity Initiative (IBBI).
