LiFE for Nature Summit
The LiFE for Nature Summit is a national platform driving India’s commitment to climate resilience, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable growth under Mission LiFE. It brings together government leaders, global agencies, community champions, scientists, media, and youth to turn climate goals into action across states. Each summit focuses on real solutions and outcomes through leadership sessions, awards for grassroots champions, policy roundtables, media engagement, and citizen-led dialogue.
The Summit is organized by CMS VATAVARAN in collaboration with The Habitats Trust, and supported by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), UN Environment Programme (UNEP) India, IUCN–CEC, #NatureForAll, and the UN World Food Programme (UNWFP). Every state edition also works with key state partners to address local ecological priorities such as coastal protection, river systems, wildlife, community resilience, and climate-smart development.
